In city traffic, petrol variants typically return 8-11 km/l depending on how you drive, while the TDI diesel can stretch further. The 7-speed DSG gearbox found across most variants is smooth in highway cruising but can feel hesitant in slow stop-go traffic — a known characteristic of DSG units in this segment.

Being a grey import, the Q3 comes with real ownership considerations in Pakistan. Audi-trained mechanics are available mainly in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, but parts sourcing takes time and costs noticeably more than Japanese alternatives. DSG servicing, mechatronic unit health, and air suspension (on some variants) are items to inspect carefully on used examples.
