The Honda Brio 1.2 V CVT is the top trim of Honda's compact hatchback, fitted with a 1.2-litre petrol engine paired to a CVT gearbox. It sits in the small hatchback segment and suits city commuters who want a light, easy-to-park car without a manual clutch. The CVT keeps the engine in a comfortable rev range in stop-and-go traffic, though like most CVTs it feels more relaxed than sporty. In Pakistani city conditions expect fuel economy in the 10 to 13 km/l range depending on traffic and AC use.
The Brio was not officially assembled in Pakistan, so parts availability is more limited compared to mainstream Toyota or Suzuki options. Mechanics in larger cities like Karachi and Lahore will have some familiarity with Honda 1.2 platforms, but specialist knowledge may be needed for CVT servicing. Resale value tends to be softer than locally assembled competitors, and finding genuine parts can take effort.
